We bought this in April 2021 and it arrived on the 3rd. We really enjoyed it although cleaning is a bit labor intensive. We used it A LOT! We're used to eating soups in minutes and this has spoiled us. But now, at the beginning of June 2021, it suddenly stopped working. The select key doesn't seem to change to an option other than "large". It doesn't blend and as a result all the ingredients end up in chunks, which wasn't what we wanted. We tried to clean the contacts, sealing surfaces and everything else. We can think in vain. It just refuses to work. The sad thing is we have a little over 30 days to return it. Mom suggests we just buy a new one, but I say that $100 give or take price is too high to spend two months. I really don't want to risk it again for a new one. I do not know.
