Perfect fit for some of the Finned Tall replica covers I have fitted to my GTO. One of them has slits so it serves as breathing. There's no oily mess yet, but I wipe it off after every ride. I also had these in my '75 Formula with cheap tall Moroso valve covers on a Monster 455 I built. I rode them every day for a couple of years and put 15,000 miles on them and they've held up great. I would take the cut out and rub it down every week or so. In the other, I took a breather. An oily mist seeped onto the lid. But not that bad.
