1995 Mazda B2300 4x4

1995 Mazda B2300 4 cyl. 4x4 293,000 miles. It's a Ford Ranger with a Mazda sticker. Any warnings that this part is inappropriate are false. How many parts that are hard to find for this truck. Connects directly. The part measures the amount of airflow. If you can measure the resistance between the pins while blowing air out, you know better than me. I just ordered a new one. After installing it I cleared the code with my scanner and drove 3 days and no more P1443 fault code. Check the 90 degree hose from the top of the vapor absorber. Mine was toast. Replaced with a piece of fuel hose and a 1/4" elbow from a local auto parts store. The dealership charges $27 for this hose! The EVAP canister purge solenoid valve is right next to it. Very rarely spoils, mine is 18 years old and it is still good. To check, detach from the hoses and blow in. It should not let air through. Take two alligator clips with wires and attach them to the battery. When blowing, apply 12v to the pins and they should open and let air through. Good part, fast delivery and great price. What else do you need!
