WOW. THIS IS AN ANIMAL IN A SMALL PACKAGE

FIRST I DID NOT PUSH THE MACHINE TO THE DUTY CYCLE LIMIT AT MAX. ALL TESTS WERE PERFORMED AT 220 VOLTS. WELDING IN 2-5" PASSES WITH 1/8" 6013 ON 1/4" STEEL WITH A STOP OF ABOUT ONE MINUTE. IT WORKS AS GOOD AS MY 50 YEAR OLD OLD OLD OLD AC/DC WELDER. THEN I CONNECTED THE ARGON SUPPLY AND CHECKED ITS TIG CHARACTERISTICS. THERE IS A SMALL LEAK IN THE UNIT THAT I HAVE NOT FIXED YET. USING A 3/32 LANTHANIZED ELECTRODE I ROLLED THE BEADS TO 1/8" MILD STEEL PRODUCTS WITH AN ER70S FILLING ROD. IT DELIVERS A STABLE ARC WITHOUT HESITATION. AND IT HAS HIGH FREQUENCY START SO THERE IS NO NEED TO START THE TUNGSTEN. THE ONLY FAILURE THAT THE FOOT PEDAL PROVIDED ONLY CONTROLS THE GAS FEED AND WELDING CURRENT ON/OFF THE PEDAL DOES NOT CONTROL THE OUTPUT CURRENT I WRONG ASSUMED WHEN I PURCHASED THE MACHINE BUT THIS PROVIDES A GOOD STABLE DC OUTPUT AND FOR THE PRICE OF SOME CASES OF BEER IT IS A LITTLE MIRACLE WHETHER THIS WILL STAND OVER TIME LIKE MY OLD TRANSFORMER NO ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS ESPECIALLY ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITORS MAY SERVE 10 YEARS BUT THIS UNIT IS A BOX SIZE AND JUST A FEW POUNDS MY TRANSFORMER WELDER WEIGHS A HUNDRED MORE THAN A FULL SIZE MICROWAVE I DIDN'T TEST THE MACHINE IN FRONT OF THE REAR WINDOW AND DECIDED TO WEAR IT MI T TO RESCUE A GAS LEAK. I'M TRYING TO BRING A YESWELDER TO OPEN THE MACHINE TO DETECT A LEAK AND FIX IT WITHOUT VOIDING THE WARRANTY. I ALSO HAVE A YESWELDER 205DS MIG WELDER WELDER FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS THIS IS ALSO A MODERN MARVEL. NOW I DO NOT USE YOUR WELDING MACHINE ON AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE ON CONSTRUCTION SITES OR IN DAILY PRODUCTION. I AM AN OLD MAN WITH TOOLS AND WELDING EXPERIENCE WHO HAS USED MILLER AND LINCOLN MACHINES PROFESSIONALLY. THIS SMALL MACHINE IS A VERY SIMPLE DC WELDING POWER SUPPLY THAT SUITS THE NEEDS OF ALMOST ALL HOME OWNERS. I BOUGHT YESWELDER MACHINES FOR MY SMALL HOME BUSINESS BECAUSE OF PRICE AND USER FEES. I HAVE LOW RATE MAX 2 YEARS TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS. IF YOU WORK UP TO 80 YEARS I AM SATISFIED. BY THAT TIME, MY OLD MASTER TRANSFORMER MACHINE WILL BE 65 YEARS OLD AND STILL WORKING.

Pros
  • nice thing
