The best part about this program is that it has all of your patients info at their fingertips! It also allows you to send automated reminders which are very helpful in keeping up with appointments without having someone constantly calling/texting me asking if my next appointment or any other details regarding an upcoming visit have been scheduled yet!! I wish there was some way for them (the system)to automatically create more visits when they need one so we can avoid unnecessary calls from our office staff members. We've had no problems since implementing Mrx as far back tracking orders goes etc I like how easy it is to use. It can be used by multiple people at once so that there are no issues if someone else logs into your account while you're not in front of computer or phone! The fact that this program has saved my time over past office managers who would forget appointments due to their lack of organization skills/memory problems. We've been able to see our patients' charts more quickly which helps us stay organized.
