Unfortunately, while it looks and feels good (the rubber coating is so nice), it's not very convenient when you need to screw in new N2O cartridges quickly and often. The carving on the handle makes it quite rough. The handle (or cartridge holder) feels good in the hand, but turning when the NO2 cartridge seal is punctured is difficult and not smooth. If I did that more than 50 times a night I would probably get a callus on my hand. I've experimented with the pen on other dispensers and found it just as difficult. However, I also tried using pens from my other dispensers and it was easy. Conclusion: The thread on the handle is lame.
