Review on πŸ›₯️ Moeller Marine Reed Switch Fuel Sending Unit: Complete with Gasket and Screws - Advanced Electrical Solution by Geoff Yates

Revainrating 5 out of 5

in relation to the moving mower.

I didn't set it in the marine app so it's a strange setup. I put it in the mower. Due to installation design limitations (1 inch clearance below the bottom of the sensor) and about two inches of EPA airspace at the top of the tank, my setup points about 1/4 of the tank down. the part works very well (and my setup on a plastic tank works very well with lightly tightened sheet metal screws, but I bet that's not recommended). Sloshing in the tank makes my sensor wobble a lot. I assume that the use at sea is bumpier than my garden. Not being a mariner (maybe they all are) I still think it definitely seems sturdy enough for my mower so I think it will work fine for its intended purpose. Sensor (with other production sensor). Thank you Moeller for the good design of a good product. Also, my sensor works great with this sensor. I'm not expecting any "helpful" checkboxes in this review, but I've tried to be honest. It's great for a lawn mower. I would buy it for a boat if I had one.
