this is cool! This is the best way to keep champagne cold without storing it in the freezer and risking an explosion. A simple item but does exactly what you want it to do. My only suggestion is to buy a few more cooler inserts (Vacu Vin makes some that even cover most of the bottle and they work great for this cooler). An irreplaceable companion for every champagne lover!
