The ability to have my own patient portal, which is especially nice for those who are not tech savvy at all! I love this feature because it allows me as an admin of our system (which has over 100 employees) access from anywhere via computer or phone/tablet app - no more waiting around each day until someone else opens up your account!! It's very easy-to use once you get used too how everything works; however there seems like something isn't working right when logging into certain features such as sending secure messages between staff members using PKB Connections & CareConnect Plus modules. We've been able solve some issues by asking questions directly through support chat but sometimes we don’t even know what question would be best answered without having direct contact wth them first due to time zone differences etc.. Also if they do answer us then its usually only after multiple days since initial enquiry was made.
