Item arrived on time and in good condition. It's not an industrial strength, but the quality is good. Some glue tabs feel light, but I didn't break any as other reviewers have complained. In summary I am very satisfied. The instructions are in poor English but after reading all the reviews and watching a few youtube videos the process becomes easy. Some idiot made a big dent in the driver's door of my 2006 4Runner. Estimated repair: $120. The kit costs $50. The best advice is to be patient. watch the video Allow the glue to dry and then carefully work over the dents. Don't think you can do it in one try. It took me 5 dabs of different sized glue and lots of tapping around the edges to get 99%. I have another dent in the plastic fender that I will try this weekend.
