Review on BHS 2 Carbide Boring Head Shank by Jose Guevara

I won't use a boring headset every day, I just don't do that many things that require one. And unless that changes in the future, I figured an inexpensive kit would be fine for my needs. This set comes in the typical annoyingly inferior plastic box (I miss the wooden crates it came in). The case molded into tool holders isn't very good, and the included hex keys don't store well at all. The head offset adjustment could also be done better, but it's actually a cheap kit, so it's all just quibble on my part. As always, if you have the budget and an application that warrants it, go for the "expensive spread". But if, like me, you're humble and need this tool from time to time, save those extra bucks for another expensive tool you've been dreaming of. Even if you later upgrade to a nicer boring set at this price point, you won't be traveling as much if you put this one away.
