This makes the picture really excellent, although the scale seems a bit wrong. However, the most terribly obscure installation instructions I've ever seen. Do not purchase this product if you are inexperienced with electrical wiring. Lots of YouTube videos, but I couldn't find any, detailed this particular 7 inch wired screen connection. You'll have to do some trial and error. I have now attached a diagram showing how I wired this system. This is for a 7" WIRED system. . The screen is only powered when the vehicle is in reverse and the reverse lights are on. The screen is powered by a small red wire in the RCA cable that powers the transmits signal from camera to screen.Both the red wire from the screen and the blue wire from the screen are connected to this little red wire as the blue wire seems to signal the screen that the camera is on.This isn't in mine Diagram but I connected the black wire from the shield to chassis ground, everything worked fine without it, but grounding the screen might remove some extraneous interference.
