I like that it is very easy to use, you can set up recurring donations or one-time gifts easily through this platform! It also has an option for people who do not have access to bank accounts but still want to contribute via online giving options (such as PayPal). There are no downsides at all - just make sure to check out their website thoroughly so there aren't any hidden fees before signingup. We used kindrids when we were starting our new congregation because they provide many different ways of donating including credit cards/debit card processing, Paypal account setup, etc., plus they offer great customer service if needed. This makes things easier than having multiple platforms such as Venmo & Stripe which only allow payments by debit /credit cards. Also, being able to give without needing to go into someone else's business' site allows us to support more churches.
