SLOW SLOW SLOW Best in Kitchen & Dining
Poor. I had this for 10 months and suffered from a slow response. I didn't know it was that bad until I saw on YouTube that good thermometers have a 2-3 second response time. I finally tested it today in my sous vide set to 135 degrees Fahrenheit. It took 20 seconds to reach temperature. Forget using it next to a gas burner. It doesn't rotate automatically. And that is a grossly overpriced price for its performance.
