This is a very fun toy with many different colorful elements for the birds to play with. I have two medium sized birds the Caique and Hanas Macaw and they LOVE IT! The toy is very bright overall, and therefore my Ara Hana sparing fear was a little apprehensive at first. But it's getting warmer and now it's officially approved for birds! I appreciate that this toy is made from ALL natural materials making it safe for my birds. Birds can be very sensitive, so I don't like giving them toys that aren't 100% natural. I would like to point out that the strings hanging from the bottom of this toy are made from natural edible seaweed and NOT cotton which is amazing. Cotton rope can be very dangerous for birds as they can choke on it while chewing, and cotton is not digested and can build up in their body, which can be fatal. But with this toy, that's not a problem. The toy is a bit compressed when the product first arrives so I spread it out to flatten it out throughout the day. It smelled very natural but it came from seaweed and dissipated very quickly once the product was removed from the packaging. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the bell. I couldn't tell if it was stainless steel or some other type of metal so I removed it after taking a picture of the product. Overall I really love this bird toy. I like that I can easily get attached to anything. I currently have it attached to the top of my bed to distract the birds when they come to sit with me.
