Review for CIGNA HealthCare - Insight Group

I like that we are able to get alerts when there is an issue in our claims data or other information related to care of one of my clients' members has been impacted by any type of error/issue. The interface can be confusing at first but it gets easier as you learn how things work! It would definitely benefit if they released more detailed documentation regarding what each button does so people could see exactly why something was selected rather than just seeing "error". We have had issues where some errors were not fixed immediately after being reported which caused us headaches trying figure out who needed fixing (and sometimes even identifying them). Reporting problems allows me time away from dealing directly wtih their systems; however having someone else fix those items helps reduce stress knowing everything will eventually go through QA before getting into production environment & fixes should therefore make it.

  • Easy way for staff, managers etc.to report potential problem areas
  • Very easily accessible system especially compared with previous program used.
  • Good support team available via phone / email whenever questions arise about reporting process

  • There are disadvantages
