Good horn for less than $35

After reading all the reviews and looking at much more expensive products I decided to try this product with the full understanding that it was most likely a bit of a gamble and would be like- that's cheap. The horn itself is silver plated, and I'm not at all sure if it's some kind of metal. Installation is easy if you have some wiring knowledge. The wiring harness is too short if you want to mount it under the hood. So be prepared to either buy a separate relay and switch kit or extend these wires. I had an LED lighting wiring harness with wire harness in the garage so I used that. As far as what's included looks like a cheap trailer, but all things can be made to work for what you're using them for. Since this might not last long, I temporarily installed it in the grate under the cross. Support member of my Ram 1500 and used OEM horm mounts as a clip for some nylon zip ties to secure it. I wouldn't recommend drilling holes and mounting as it may not last forever. The beep is easily twice as loud as the dual OEM beeps on the Ram. It's a single horn, so it's not as scary as the honking sound of your tractor trailer, but it will definitely get someone's attention and be loud. I am very impressed and use it as a standalone horn for entertainment or just to entertain people, not as a replacement for a French horn. Also, I hooked this up to a small instant horn that I could stick in the cab of my truck and there wouldn't be a nasty hole in the dash or trim. All in all, it's a decent buzzer for the money if you're not expecting a Cadillac. Material about Ford's budget. I say try it and enjoy it for what it is and don't be cheap and complain if it ends up disappointing you. So far I don't see that in the foreseeable future!
