I like that it has been very easy to customize our site, as well we have had great support from their staff! It's not always "out of sight out mind" when you are using this product (we do monitor things).

We've found many times where there was no way around having someone come in & look at something or fix an issue with us until they got back into work mode again - which can be days later if needed!! Our customers love how simple everything works together so easily once set up correctly-it makes life easier by reducing paperwork/paperwork errors while keeping track all within one place.-our customer service team knows what needs attention first because its right before them every day through notifications sent via email alerts etc.
