From the picture I wasn't aware how small they are. They fall into the "so small they're cute" category. Quality wise they seem pretty solid - just a scaled down version of a regular sized quality stump. The width of the grip, although much smaller than the standard short grip, is 7/8" but still large enough to get a real grip. At 1 3/8 inches wide from end to end, they have by far the shortest pitch of any conventional screwdriver. I've ever seen you probably need an offset or mini ratchet style if they don't fit. Having two torx heads is a nice bonus too. They also arrived well before my seller (Hires Auto) early shipping estimate.
