Used to convert an old 70hp VRO pump to a standard pump. I cut the original VRO mount in half. As you can see in the photo, the connector in the center of the rear of the new pump fits into a groove with two mounting holes. The rear engine vacuum port is slightly smaller than the side of the block. So the problem is in the hose. I fixed this compartment by taking a heat gun, heating a piece of 3/8 OD plastic RV plumbing supply line and pushing it right onto the nipple. It is perfect for using the original hose and clamp. Pay attention to the delivery direction of the fuel. The remaining hoses fit well and only need to be shortened to keep their original shape. Basically a very simple conversion that saves a lot of money. The engine runs great with this pump.
