Great for monitoring your heating/cooling without having an employee sit in front

I like that we are able to monitor our HVAC system while it is turned off. It is a great way to be alerted when a problem occurs. It is a little confusing at first, but once you have it set up, it is very easy to use and understand. I wish there were more reports.

I would also like to see a monthly report on all of our systems. We have been able to find problems before they even occur. I would recommend this product to companies that have older HVAC equipment. We have been able to find leaks that would have gone undetected otherwise.

Pros

Our whole family uses smartphones or iPads so having one program for everyone's devices makes things much easier than if each device had its own account! Also using Zwave (on both ends) was key in getting everything working together smoothly!! Very happy customer
