Review on 🥚 Egg Timer Sensitive: Color Changing Indicator for Perfectly Boiled Eggs (Purple 2 Pack) by Tricia Smith

The only reason I gave it one star is because I can't leave an unstarred review. I bought a similar one from Walmart a few years ago and used it so many times it eventually broke (I boil eggs for my salads weekly). I couldn't find a replacement at Walmart so I ordered them online. Huge mistake! I washed both upon receipt. Used alone, it broke the first time I used it when cooking with eggs and left a very strange smell in the water. I thought maybe it's because it broke. Throw those eggs away, use another one. It didn't break while boiling the eggs, but the smell was back. Obviously the smell comes from the material they are made of. No way would I eat eggs. I threw away my balls and threw away my money. I only use an egg timer. I would not recommend it.
