Wow, it doesn't indicate if it's soft, medium or hard, it doesn't say if they're ready or not, I make it easy on my own myself and my balls come out fine, but somehow they have to come out? 𝕚𝕥 doesn't highlight it, just sitting in the water, it's a waste of money so I gave one to my girlfriend. It was a good idea, it's not what you get. The product was actually scratched and dented all over...but I thought maybe cooking it would still get it working and remove the veil that was on it (I ordered 2 and both were the same). The only reason I gave it one star is because I can't leave an unstarred review. I bought a similar one from Walmart a few years ago and used it so many times it eventually broke (I boil eggs for my salads weekly). I couldn't find a replacement at Walmart so I ordered them online. Huge mistake! I washed both upon receipt.
