I liked it at first but how do you use it. it deforms and then the latches do not stay engaged. I have bought many different things for my seat belt that goes through my neck because I have a vertical problem. It worked until it broke. I hope someone reads this and makes better ones with different material and better closure. It's inconvenient to wear a seat belt around my neck, not to mention dangerous if I get into an accident. I have no choice but to wear it or buy an expensive ticket. Please fix this.
