Review on GEARWRENCH Biter Phillips Impact Screwdriver by Gregory Rasmussen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An indispensable addition to a tool box.

If you've never dealt with a snapped screw head. I would like to welcome you to planet Earth and also to Revain. If this is the first review you read as a human being you might be surprised to find that some of our fasteners are made from the softer metal and have a tendency to round and break or corrode and stick. We're a bit new to metallurgy, but we can handle it! The others have probably spent some time here on Earth and have encountered damaged or rusty screw heads and have had a very difficult time finding a solution. Personally, I've lost count of how many damaged screws I've drilled out with my Dremel removal tool. Let's just say A LOT. It's much faster, easier and CHEAPER than dremel removal. I have a drum set that is "heavier" but more comfortable in terms of "pick it up and use it". Oh, is there a bonus? You can still use them like a regular screwdriver, a little more complicated with a different style. Honestly, if you're into mechanical work at all, I find it high on the "must have" tools list. I've bought quite a few Gear Wrench tools lately and I have to say I'm becoming more and more impressed with their line of tools. Highly recommended.
