I'm in the army and when we have field exercises these socks save me. Especially in spring, our training sessions usually take place in rainy and muddy areas. Feet get cold and wet quickly, so many of us change our socks and use foot powder regularly. I bought these socks to wear with uniform socks and my feet have never been happier. My feet were the warmest and driest! Remember that because they are waterproof, they trap water inside the sock. This means no water gets into the sock, but when your feet sweat, the sweat stays and collects in the sock. I've found that wearing another sock on the side helps a lot to limit this as the other sock helps absorb the sweat. Also, when washing socks, it's best to wash them inside out and then hang them up to dry, but they take a hot minute to dry after they get wet. Worth the money and I want several pairs! Also great for hiking and especially on winter and rainy days.
