I love these hooks but they cannot be used with thicker yarns that require more hook length.

I really like the light effect and the ergonomic handle. It is very good. I want to choose what sizes we have in the set. It would be nice. What I liked the least. Some of the things I crochet, as well as the thicker yarns I use, require more hook/needle space. The ergonomic handles went too far on these occasions and I had to pull out my old hooks and couldn't use the easy function of my new hooks. This was disappointing as I believe the lighting feature would have been useful with thicker or newer fancy yarns.
