I've been selling and installing velop mesh for a while and then I've been having a whole bunch of connection issues lately, not sure if it's due to a firmware update or something but it was 9 different systems with a difference of one month. so i don't need velop anymore, i switched to deco system and i was impressed how easy they are to set up, very intuitive app, great coverage, no hassles, just easy installation. After 5 months of using the Deco system I haven't had a single problem and have installed about 20 systems so far. Both M5 and M9 are reliable. I had up to 5 nodes in the same house with fast and reliable Wi-Fi everywhere. I also used certified refurbished devices without any problems, they only differed in packaging and a much lower price.
