Review on 💡 5V Regulator - DROK 5pcs Mini Voltage Reducer DC 4.5-24V 12V 24V Step Down to 5V Buck Converter Board 3A Power Supply Module by Jacob Diego

I don't mind the idea of cutting the track to cut the potentiometer, but everything is too small (and would it be nice to leave the potentiometer to trim the adjustment?). It would be better to have pads to enable or disable the potentiometer, or even better a jumper (or some kind of DIP switch configuration). Also, everything is too small for my old eyes and hands. I soldered a 5v pad and thought I cut off the potentiometer trace and got about 3v. This varied to about 4 volts with a pot (so don't cut it). I stripped the solder on the 5v pad (which might have been a 3v jumper? But it didn't look like it). I'm thinking of setting the solder pad to 9V and then setting the potentiometer to 5V. I think it will work for me and the pot is good for fine tuning but everything is so small. For now I'll recommend this unless I find something easier to use. A NOTICE.
