Review on πŸ“£ Chrome Multi Application Air Horn by Rivco Products - AHMULTI by Jose Cruz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Little building services required

The weak link in this otherwise good horn is the horn attachment to your bike. The kit includes a pre-assembled bracket made from a radiator clamp and a piece of scrap steel bent 90 degrees and painted black. If, like me, you pride yourself on the looks of your bike, this installation strategy is just not acceptable. My solution was to use the chrome mounting clip from the Kuryakyn footpeg kit I had lying around. I mounted this clamp on my Lindby road handlebars and then attached the horn to it. This is not yet a perfect solution. There is only one mounting hole on the horn itself, so I assume the horn will vibrate and rotate at some point. If I had a full fledged machine shop in my garage with expensive metalworking tools, I'd probably come up with something better. Otherwise this horn is cool! I almost ruptured my eardrums when I set this thing on fire in my garage. The audio is high pitched (sounds like a European ambulance) but you're sure to catch the attention of every lyricist/speaker/idiot on the street.
