This window regulator is easy to install if you know how to disassemble the door and you have a big suction cup to hold the glass. It took about 30 minutes but I've done it before. I used to just install the motor, but this approach is much better. Everything is pre-assembled. Simply remove the inner door, disconnect the wiring harnesses, pull off the vapor barrier and remove the 6 10mm screws holding the old regulator and unscrew the 2 10mm screws holding the door glass. The controls slide out of a large slot at the bottom of the door. You will need to temporarily reconnect the power window switch to gently move the control to the correct position. Be sure to loosen the two window screws on the new adjuster before lifting it all the way up to the door glass. It's not difficult and there are good videos on You Tube online. Worth the price of this product.
