I like that we can manage our entire employee time entry and payroll process from 1 site. We are able to view employee pay rates, determine and pay out bi-weekly and monthly checks. We also have access to payroll reports and benefit information. I don't like that we are limited to a Sage 300 ERP system. If we needed to, I'm not sure how much time it would take to get the system synced up with Sage 300. I also think it's a little expensive for what you get. I do not have any dislikes. We are able to view all of our employee information from 1 site and also have access to payroll reports and benefits information. We have eliminated having to email payroll documents to our employees. It’s very easy for employees to submit time off through the app, as well as view their available vacation dates. The only thing I dislike about this service is that it isn't compatible with all HR systems out there. We used this product with SAP, but had to switch our vendors during our implementation of a new payroll system. This was not an ideal transition. When we started using this product, however, we were able to see how easy it was to use and how many benefits it offered to our employees.
