Review on Church Community Builder by Eddie Duncan

We love that our church leaders can manage their time and tasks, allowing for greater productivity! The user interface was not very intuitive for those new to it. It's a great software, but sometimes it took a couple of times to figure out how to do the things they wanted to do. I wish there were more options in how it could be personalized. For example, if you were a church with multiple campuses you'd want to be able to personalize content to each campus. It was really helpful in allowing us to get updates to our congregation when there were events, church happenings, and other things going on! I love that it's not another piece of technology you have to learn or remember how to use. It is intuitive! The customer service team has been amazing at helping me figure out my questions as they come up - no matter what time zone we are located across the country. We do still need a couple more features but overall this program works well with our needs right now. This allows us to keep track of who attends services, when their children go back into school after summer break etc.
