These flaps are a great way to protect your Tesla from rocks and dirt. No drilling required (I have a 2020 Tesla Model 3 SR+ for context), using existing holes and double sided tape. After installation, they look like native ones on the car, nothing more. But there are several questions. First try using clips that were already part of your vehicle as the longer clips provided are a joke. They're longer to hold the flaps, but the bulge you insert is larger than the clips that come out of your Tesla. This makes insertion difficult. Also, the plastic of the included clips is so soft, so good luck pulling the clips out if you get it wrong. I had to use scissors and chew and pull out the clip which totally ruined it. This can be tricky, but use the OEM clips that came off the car. They're snug, but if you align them properly and press as hard as you can, they fit and snap firmly into place. Second, the tape is advertised as "3M" double-sided. What is actually included is a cheap Chinese "3M" copy. Even with the adhesion promoter, it doesn't stick as well as real tape, which is also a bit of a joke. The purpose of the tape is really to create a barrier between the plastic valves and your car's paintwork so they don't scratch each other. Gluing the valve to the car won't do much good, so don't try to get it glued well. The clips and screws on the rear fenders do their job perfectly and shouldn't come loose anytime soon. In general I really like the valves and I suspect they will work without problems, but cheap soft plastic clips and cheap imitations don't interest me. Use the clips that come from your Tesla and they will work better.
