Gloves shrink in the heat of welding mi. Metalwork turns white gloves into black very quickly.

The heat from the MIG welding warped my left and right index fingers, wrinkled the (glove) finger and *felt* like it was crushing my finger. Now the glove still works, just hard to get a finger in the glove. Otherwise, I would advise against using white gloves for metalwork. unless you like watching them turn black after a rough coat. Congratulations now black now lol
