Review on Pertronix D190509 Flame Thrower Electronic Distributor by Alex Smith
Early failure, no Pertronix support
Good looks, meets special requirements. It ran fine for about 5 hours on the Lotus twin-chamber racing engine, then the internal trigger module failed in the pre-lineup (i.e. lost race weekend). Pertronix Support has not responded to my request for a part number for the replacement module. I cannot recommend it for these reasons. Edit: D500701 replacement module, much cheaper here than elsewhere but still around $90.
