It wasn't a big investment. However, you get what you pay for. There are a few things that weren't great about this product. For example, the pressure you can generate to hold up pillars that go from ceiling to floor isn't impressive. It's not scary, I'll get through it. However, the fact that the adjustable extensions won't snap into place is a HUGE problem. The fact that the extensions are made out of a tin can is a big problem. First we went in a car and we walked away a few minutes and came back to see our GSD sitting in the front seat of the car. When we brought them back and saw the damage it was funny. The extensions were pressed in and bent. They were extremely thin. Our dog is not super aggressive and doesn't destroy anything. She did it with ease. This might work for an older, disabled dog. May be?! Stay away from a bargain. It is not worth.
