I bought this mirror to replace my 2007 CR-V. I was able to remove the old broken mirror with a butter knife and attach the new one in about ten minutes. Fits and looks good. I should add that it only took me a day to realize that my old Honda mirror looks like flat glass, but this one is convex. So in my left and middle mirror objects appear at the same distance, and in the new one objects appear much smaller and farther away. I also noticed that unlike this one, there is no "objects in the mirror" disclaimer on the Honda mirror. And it really is. A second mirror can be annoying when changing lanes, but I'll get used to it. To be honest I'm not sure if there is a difference between left and right on Honda OEM mirrors, but it is possible. This is a question to consider when purchasing this item.
