Review on COSCO Luxor Step Stool, Antique Gun Metal, 1-Pack by Colton Scheehl

The chairs arrived and the packaging looked good. We unpacked the chairs and it was difficult, but I didn't put much emphasis on it. Then, the next day, I noticed dents on all of the chair legs after my pants snagged on a crack and chip in the wood of one of the seats. Upon further investigation, both stools were badly damaged. My office workers got out through the box so I can't return it. I'm unhappy however as the box wasn't damaged which tells me it wasn't the shipper. My intuition tells me that either someone sent them back or they were unboxed at some point and then someone tried to repack them but got it wrong resulting in them being damaged in the box. However, I think the first scenario is probably the case. They were returned damaged, repackaged and somehow resold as new.
