Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Enhance Your Wrist & Forearm Strength with NSD Power AutoStart Spinner - The Ultimate Auto Start Gyroscopic Exerciser! by Pete Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I love gym equipment!

I bought the NSD Power AutoStart Spinner Gyro Wrist Trainer on impulse and nostalgia. I had a grip machine like this a few years ago. NSD is better in several ways. Starting is smoother and easier. The inner rotating ball is spring loaded. If you increase the tension on the spring and then release, all you have to do is hold on and start rocking and rolling. The ball inside rotates and when you rotate your wrist a gyratory motion is felt in the grip, wrist and forearm and when you rotate your wrist the ball rotates. The faster you roll, the faster it spins. The faster it spins, the more workout you get. The wrist trainer features a unique backlit digital speedometer that requires no batteries. Cool! Working with the spinner alone will not give much grip strength and muscular forearms in my opinion. But it can be an enjoyable part of a strength program that includes flexibility, resistance, and grip training. At $37.53, it's a little pricey. Especially since they didn't deliver it for free. Also, the price of a digital video is more than $41 at the time of his review. Like I said, I bought it spontaneously. If I had built in a logical thought process I don't think I would have bought this.
