I am 5'4" and 11 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I weigh about 150 at this point. Like other reviews recommended, I went with one size larger than I usually wear (so I purchased a Medium). I need compression hose due to a superficial blood clot that developed with my last pregnancy. In the past I used 20-30 mmhg, but I decided to try stronger support this time. They were SUPER difficult to put on. It took me two or three tries to get them on. Then the tops would not stay up. They rolled down to no avail. They were so constrictive rolled down that they were unbearable to wear. A larger size would have been too long. I am going to return these and either try the 20-30 mmhg (because I like the toeless idea) or try a different brand.
