Okay, I hate when people test things before actually using them. So I gave him a little over a month to give him a good workout. This device works great. I'm running Linux on the machines I bought this for - one machine with Mint 16 and another machine with Mint 17. SO THIS REVIEW IS FOR A FEATURE IN LINUX MINT. It came with a driver CD for Windoze, but I haven't tried it on that OS. On the Linux distributions I mentioned, it works flawlessly and automatically - just plug it in and in a second or two, wow, you've got a Bluetooth connection. No driver installation, no mess, no fuss. Whether I plug it in before turning it on or when the device is on, it works flawlessly. No pairing issues, reception is good at least 30 feet away. The sound quality is the same as BT from the phone. I had no disconnection or other problems. Considering the low price, this device is unbeatable. I highly recommend it to penguins looking for a simple, economical BT adapter. Why pay more when it works sooooo well?
