I've only made a few bags so far but they seem sturdy, easy to make and work well. I would give it 5 stars for durability, but Revain asks for reviews right after purchase (sometimes before it ships!), so freezer lifespan is virtually unknown. At the moment I would recommend them. I lined a loaf pan with a thin open-ended (non-zipper) bag and froze half of the stew recipe. Twisty tied it up until it was well frozen, then pulled it all out, put it in a bag I made, opened the end of the cheap inner bag and vacuumed it. This is a stew brick. The bread pan is clean. I'm ready to warm up and have a light dinner. One of the reasons I like the wider pocket, 11" instead of 8". In this size you can prefreeze hamburgers, hamburgers or turkey burgers and then vacuum since there are only two of us. They resisted freezer burn. Hooray!
