PRO:1. Magnets are nice and strong.2. Have this at our front door to keep the birds out of the overhang.3. Can drill / mount to stone / brick with no worries.4. Magnets / weights at the bottom are nice.5. Added a "PUSH" brass sign to the middle so delivery folks know to push open.6. Got a second one for the house in Japan.CON:1. Be sure to have it a little above the cement / ground, as over time wear-through will occur and you'll need to fix the bottom. I used super-glue to patch the cloth.2.
