Review on Vulcan by Brian Trujillo

We can perform all our 2-d layout work in one application instead of having different layouts for each area. It takes quite some time to load but I don't think it's too slow once up & running; definitely much faster than Excel / Powerpoint and other spreadsheet programmes! Notifications are not always clear as we get lots of them. The documentation isn't all-inclusive when using v4.0 or earlier versions. They have an online guide which does help but lacks detail on how certain features may be used compared to older versions. Also needs more examples on how to use certain functions (e.g.,'minimize' option). Easier to manage multiple plots and areas within a single document rather than duplicating information. Easy to use when it comes to modeling of underground mines. I have used other products in my day but this one has been simple user friendly with easy learning curve for users new to the program. Can't think of any dislikes at all! It's an excellent product if your looking for something to give you more control over your design process in regards to underground mines.
