The team at Slickstream is very responsive. They are always willing to meet with you to discuss your needs. They listen to your feedback and update their product to fit your needs. Slickstream has made our search process and online customer experience much better. We have been able to see an increase in the number of qualified leads we get after implementing Slickstream's product. We have also seen a decrease in lead acquisition costs. I would highly recommend Slickstream to any company looking for a solution to help improve their search and user experience. We are using Slickstream to improve our online customer experience. We are trying to improve our search process and enhance the user experience. I like that their team listens well - they understand our needs & are always looking at ways in which this tool could improve! They're easy going people who work very hard when it comes down to getting tasks done quickly. It would have been nice if there was more customization available but overall pretty happy with them so far!! We've had great success using Streamio as one of many tools used by my teams across different companies/projects (internal comms).
