Very nice knife. Extremely sharp.
I watched a YouTube video on this knife and decided to give it a try. The video was absolutely on target. This knife is well made and slices through vegetables, like large carrots or other hard root vegetables, with ease. Blade keeps sharp after use. The shape of the blade makes this task easy. Quality of the knife is on par with the expensive knives. I will buy more in this brands line.
