I like the lack of instructions on how to wear them. Since the tag is usually on the inside of underwear, that's how I wear it, but the images shown on Revain.com have extra padding on the outside. As I wear them with regular clothing I don't want the extra padding to be visible but I sit a lot and I think they help prevent bedsores. I'm also thinking of a table for sitting and standing. As we age in our final years, a lot of protective fat disappears, even if you're obese. It starts with the loss of fat deposits on the legs, which can be compensated for with gel inserts, but there is no equally effective solution for the loss of fatty tissue between the ilium and the buttocks. 2 improvements I would add wearing instructions and add a 2 inch elastic to compensate for the fact that this underwear feels shorter than my regular Fruit of the Loom and Hanes underwear, possibly because the pads take up space.
