Knock less than a month after installation

The one that started rattling a month after installation doesn't seem to have been assembled well enough for a Grand Cherokee with a white rear Update, 3 months. They've been rattling constantly since they've been on, note the friction pattern, and I haven't hitched a trailer or heavy loads yet.
