Review on Large Chromed Easy Read Timer by Mathew Hishmeh

I wanted a portable kitchen timer with minutes and seconds display and got it after seeing it look the same on the Great British Baking Show. After putting the battery in, it took me a few minutes to realize that there was a power button on the side, but once I turned it on, the display was large and easy to read. Adding time was easy, but you couldn't decrease time without starting over. It also beeped when setting the time, which annoyed me. I could live with that if it worked reliably, but it doesn't. Whether the switch was on or off, the battery was brand new or not, it didn't turn on every time I tried to use it, which was a big problem when cooking. I returned it.
